I’m both a home owner and an investor and have bought residential, commercial and industrial properties and living the dream of having passive income from renting out my properties. Besides being a landlord, I’m also a tenant, renting a commercial space for my business for the last six years. So when it comes to Buy, Sell, Rent and Invest, I have experienced it all.

My interest in property goes back many years, I was hungry for knowledge and spent to learn from many property masters. It was from these learnings that has brought me to where my property portfolio is today.

With my hunger to keep learning, the next step was to be a Property Agent, learning not only about asset progression but asset swap for more profitable properties, buying properties with an exit strategy, knowing which property to buy at which stack and at what price ...

Even other equally important aspects such as keeping an eye on your mortgage to reprice or refinance; learning how to unlock your property's value with equity loans; using pledge and un-pledge for bank loans; knowing which leasing company to use for your car so that it does not show up in your TDSR; how to build up your credit rating by being savvy with your credit cards to build up good relationship with banks for loans ...

I only wished I started my property journey sooner. This is why I want to share what I know with you, so that you have the advantage of time and have the knowledge on what you need to do.
